1. What are Questions and Negatives?
In English, we need to know how to:

Ask questions (get information)

Make negative sentences (say that something is not true)
This helps students communicate in everyday situations.
2. Yes / No Questions
Yes/No questions are questions that can be answered with Yes or No.
Structure with verb to be:

Verb to be + subject + complement?
Examples:

Are you happy? → Yes, I am. / No, I’m not.

Is he your brother? → Yes, he is. / No, he isn’t.
3. Wh- Questions
Wh- questions start with question words:
What, Where, Who, When, Why, How
Structure with verb to be:

4. Making Negative Sentences
